As all jewellery items are hand made, we only have limited stock available, many items will be made for you and delivered within 4 weeks. If your item is required urgently, please email us at  and we will advise you if we can meet your required delivery date. 

If the piece you are after is sold out, it means we may not be able to make and deliver it within the 4 week window, please email us for information, check our stockists, or purchase a gift card.

Lindsey Fontijn offers shipping for delivery within The Netherlands and internationally via DPD or PostNL. To ensure safe delivery of your purchases, we always use Express Post with signature on delivery. 

Please ensure there will be someone to sign for your package when it arrives or that the post office collection card can be left in a safe place. Please nominate a current address that is a trusted residence or work place. We cannot be held responsible if incorrect details are given, or if your postal slip is stolen. ARE FREE IN THE NETHERLANDS IN THE MONTH DECEMBER!

Bulky/heavy/multiple items and remote areas may require an additional shipping fee, which we will quote you for prior to your purchase being dispatched. Generally, international airmail will take 5-10 working days to most commercial areas. If your shipment takes longer than expected, please use the tracking number provided to see how it is travelling. Please contact us at for information on international express post options.

Please note our prices are not inclusive of any taxation or customs charges you may be liable for on your packages entry into your country. Please refer to your countries government website for more information

ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive a confirmation by email shortly after placing your order. Please re-check your shipping address for mistakes. Extra shipping cost as a result of a wrong address will be for the client’s costs. In case of mistakes please contact as soon as possible at with the correct info.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
As soon as your order is finished, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This email will include carrier and tracking info for your parcel.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by Lindsey Fontijn.

Custom made items are not returnable and sales are final once the job has been accepted.

Returns will be reviewed on a case by case bases. The first exchange is free but you must pay for the postage so please post your item to us, well packaged in it’s original packaging, to the address below and include a prepaid express postbag with the signature on delivery option. Email us at to notify us that you require an exchange and the size required, and please also include a note in your package with the desired style you wish to exchange with.

When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email. A refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few days. Transfer time will vary based on your used payment method.

We will offer a full refund within 21 days from when your order is delivered. Unfortunately, we can not refund any taxes, duties, charges or shipping fees for returns. Refunds will be done in Euros, at the price paid upon original purchase.

  • Custom items + items with custom engraving can’t be returned

Some stone set rings may not be resizable. Subsequent size exchanges will incur up to a €40 fee for plain stoneless silver rings and a €60 fee for plain stoneless solid gold rings. Resizing of rings with stones will start at €100. Other items are price on application.

Custom resized items cannot be returned and plated items cannot be resized. So please use our ring sizing chart or pop into your nearest jeweller and have your ring size taken, or provide careful exact measurements remembering that a ring that is wider on the finger should be a half size larger to account for the natural shape of your finger.

We are unable to accept returns of earrings/pierced jewellery under any circumstances so please be careful with your choice and do not hesitate to ask for more information about the desired item before making your purchase.

We do not give refunds simply because you have changed your mind. Please consider this prior to placing your order. Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you might have about the product prior to purchasing it.

Before your parcel leaves our atelier, it has been fully checked by our team. If you, unfortunately, still received an item classified as faulty or damaged, please inform us within 7 days after receiving your order at in order to be eligible for alternatives such as exchanges, refunds or repairs. Please accompany this request with your order number and (if needed) images to clarify the reason for this request

We will repair manufacturing faults for our jewellery at no cost within 6 months of the purchase date. We reserve the right to not repair, or to add a cost to any goods returned after aforementioned 6 months period.

Manufacturing faults DO NOT include: broken chain; chipped, cracked or broken pearl or gemstone; general wear and tear including items that have been bent out of shape, twisted and snapped, oxidised or on which the *plating is fading.

Jewelry is fragile. Our hand made items are priced fairly to reflect the work that has been done to create them. Please note many items we make are hand made each time and as such, to us, are our works of art. Please treat them kindly, do not expect silver to be as strong as gold, or plating not to be damaged if the item is worn daily. We are always happy to re-plate your jewelry for the lowest fee possible and repair any damages for a reasonable fee, as long as the item is not completely destroyed. Please read our repair page and read our jewelry care pages carefully. We really appreciate your understanding.

**As a general rule we strongly recommend to remove your items whilst showering, swimming, sleeping or during strenuous exercise in order to keep them in perfect condition. It is also important to keep pearl jewellery away from extreme heat and cold, and from perfumes and cosmetics.**
